A. During the conference you will see a bit of The City; however if you would like to really explore the region we suggest that you consider an early arrival/delayed departure.
Q. May I extend my stay in San Francisco ?
Yes, you may extend your stay. Please note that the Marriott has limited vacancies prior to the conference and after. If you would like to explore San Francisco we recommend that you plan your visit prior to the conference and make your reservations as early as possible. Conference registration and the hotel room block close on February 5th 2010. Please be sure to submit your housing requests and registration information by this date. Based strictly on availability. Hotel agrees to make rate available until February 5th 2010. After this date, early and late stay rates will be based on availability.
Q. May I bring a spouse or guest with me?
You are welcome to bring your guest to enjoy San Francisco; however, the meetings are for official delegates only. You may register your guest for the cocktail party.
Q. May I stay at another hotel in San Francisco ?
We have blocked rooms for all conference participants at the Marriott, meaning, you are guaranteed a room if you make your reservations before the cut-off date on our room block. Attendees staying at other local hotels will be charged an additional conference fee of $150.00.
We ask that you do take advantage of the hotel we selected. We personally visited the hotel and believe that you will find that it is a beautiful facility and a pleasure to experience the Marriott’s level of hospitality
